Customer Service Advisor
Location: Runcorn
Salary: £28,000 + commission
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Adaptable Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-established and growing transport & logistics business based in Runcorn, who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis. Please note - for this opportunity, the office will be relocating to Knutsford later on in the year.
This is an office-based role within a supportive team, focused on delivering a high level of customer service via phone and email.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
Managing shared inboxes and updating internal systems
Creating and updating jobs accurately
Liaising with internal teams to meet customer requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous customer service or administrative experience
A confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
Good attention to detail and organisation
What's on offer:
£28,000 + commission
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
