Adaptable Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a well-established financial services organisation in Liverpool who are looking to appoint an Operations Liaison Administrator to join their pensions operations team.
This role would suit someone who enjoys detailed, process-driven work and takes pride in maintaining high regulatory standards.
The Role
You will support the operational oversight of advisers and external partners, ensuring regulatory standards are met and records are maintained accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct due diligence checks on financial advisers, investment providers and DFMs
Maintain and update records on internal systems
Carry out ongoing suitability and compliance reviews
Process regulatory and information requests including DSARs and FSCS enquiries
Review adviser qualifications and maintain internal qualification records
Support change of agency and novation requests
Knowledge & Experience
Understanding of AML/KYC processes, sanctions, financial crime and adviser permissions
Knowledge of how advisers, platforms, DFMs and pension providers operate
Experience working in a regulated financial services environment
Previous due diligence or compliance-related experience
Experience working with compliance, legal or risk teams
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify operational or regulatory risks
Knowledge of SIPP/SSAS pensions is desirable
