Interim Talent Acquisition Advisor

Location: Merseyside (Hybrid - 4 days in / 1 from home)
Salary: £35,000
Duration: 3-4 month interim contract
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently partnering with a fast paced business to recruit an experienced Internal Recruiter on a short-term interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is immediately available and thrives in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround hiring demands.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing recruitment across a diverse mix of roles - from operational hires through to specialist and professional positions.

Working closely with hiring managers, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process from briefing through to offer, ensuring efficient delivery while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct sourcing using LinkedIn, social media, and internal tools
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Managing multiple vacancies in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Delivering end-to-end recruitment processes with short turnaround times
  • Ensuring a high-quality and efficient candidate journey

About You

  • Previous experience in internal or agency recruitment
  • Open on sector background, but must have worked in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to deliver against tight deadlines and quick turnaround hiring
  • Strong sourcing capability with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
