At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Excellent Opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a world leading manufacturer in the Liverpool area..

Salary: up to £35,000 Depending On Experience
Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays
Location: Liverpool - Fully Office Based

Main Responsibilities to include:

  • Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Document Management: Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and events.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with senior leadership, external partners, and clients to coordinate and facilitate meetings and activities.
  • Event Coordination: Organise and support the logistics of internal and external meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Project Management: Assist with the management and tracking of key projects and initiatives within the CEO's office.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the CEO.


Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives, ideally within a corporate environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office technology.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-demand environment is desirable.
