Legal Cashier

Location: Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid working pattern)
Salary: Up to £30,000

Adaptable Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established business to recruit a Legal Cashier to join their finance team. The Role

As a Legal Cashier, you'll be an integral part of the finance team, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions in line with industry regulations. Working within a structured team, you'll assist with a range of financial processes to support both UK and international operations.
Key responsibilities include:

• Handling a high volume of financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and transfers across multiple bank accounts
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards, including Solicitors Accounts Rules
• Processing client and office transactions, trust account requests, and bank reconciliations
• Assisting with finance operations across international offices when required
• Supporting general finance enquiries and contributing to continuous process improvements
• Maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with audits and compliance checks

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a Legal Cashier or finance-related transactional role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions
• Good working knowledge of Excel and financial systems
