At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Excellent Opportunity for a National Account Executive to join a leading pan-European FMCG company in the Bolton area. Here you will be part of a longstanding, supportive, dynamic & driven team.

Salary: up to £30,000 Depending On Experience
Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays
Location: Bolton - Hybrid Working
Working Hours: 40 hours

Reports To: Senior National Account Manager

Main Responsibilities to include:

  • Assist the Senior National Account Manager in managing and developing relationships across customer accounts and throughout the internal business.
  • Support the execution of sales & marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for Senior NAM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Participate in regular account reviews and business planning sessions with customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and documentation.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in sales or account management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
