At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Excellent opportunity for a Sales Manager to join the world's leading supplier of Leisure and Play concepts.


Package: up to £50,000 Depending on experience
Holidays: 20 days & bank holidays
Location: Wrexham - Fully office base

Main Responsibilities to include:

  • Drive New Business: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Ireland, expanding the customer base and securing high-value partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Mastery: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure maximum satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, ensuring team targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement innovative sales strategies that drive growth and reinforce SPI's position as a leader in the market.
  • Industry Representation: Be the face of the company at key industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to elevate brand presence and generate leads.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide expert guidance to clients on creating cutting-edge, engaging leisure and play facilities tailored to their specific needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Prepare, present, and negotiate offers and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both SPI Global Play and our clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, presenting regular updates to leadership on progress and results.

  • Proven Success: A track record of successful sales experience, with a strong ability to hunt and close new business.

  • Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

  • Travel-Ready: Willingness to travel frequently across the UK, Ireland, and Europe to build relationships and close deals.
  • License to Drive: A valid UK driving license is required for frequent travel.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and other sales-related software.
