The Role:

As a Finance Administrator, you will be supporting the finance team with key transactional tasks and gaining valuable exposure to finance processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing purchase invoices and ensuring accuracy in data entry
• Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
• Supporting the team with payment processing and company expenses
• Posting and allocating receipts
• Raising invoices for domestic customers
• Handling finance-related queries from suppliers and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate financial records and general finance administration

Who We're Looking For:

We are keen to speak with AAT studiers or individuals with some office experience who are looking to develop a career in finance. The ideal candidate will have:

• Some exposure to finance or office administration (accounts experience beneficial but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills
• A steady and reliable approach to work with a keen willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a general aptitude for finance systems
• A team-focused mindset with good communication skills
