  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and support managers at all levels.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience working with trade unions is desirable.
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a passion for learning and development.
  • Full driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites when needed.

What's in it for you?

  • Be part of an organisation that truly makes a positive impact in the community.
  • A supportive and inclusive work environment where your contributions are recognised.
  • Hybrid working and flexible arrangements to support work-life balance.
