At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Excellent opportunity for an Executive Administrator to join a well-established legal practice to support their busy Residential Conveyancing team. This is a key role providing administrative and compliance support to legal professionals in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.


Package: up to £30,000 Depending on experience.
Holidays: 25 days & bank holidays.
Location: Southport - Fully Office Based

Main Responsibilities to Include:

  • Full administrative management of conveyancing files, both digital and hard copy (including file opening, ID checks, file closure, archiving, and data updates)
  • Drafting and preparing standard documents under supervision
  • Handling and processing contracts, SDLT forms, and Land Registry applications
  • Ensuring file compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes
  • Producing and managing billing documentation and liaising with the Finance team
  • Maintaining and updating the Case Management System
  • Scanning, copying, filing, and general document production
  • Answering and directing calls for the conveyancing team
  • Supporting ongoing improvements in operational processes


The ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a residential conveyancing or legal property team
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient IT skills and experience using legal case management systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commercial awareness and ability to prioritise in a deadline-driven environment


Desirable:

  • Experience with SOS Case Management System
