Adaptable Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well established business who is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 6 months 
Salary and Benefits
Up to £26000 per annum
 37.5 hours a week
 Office Based
 Free Parking on site
 6 month contract with the potential for further opportunities 
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting the accounts team with administrative tasks
 - Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
 - Data entry and document management
 - Supporting with month-end tasks and reconciliations
 - Handling incoming queries via phone and email
 - General office duties as required
 
 The Ideal Candidate
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
 - Good communication and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
 - Previous experience in a finance or accounts team is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided
