Adaptable Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well established business who is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 6 months

Salary and Benefits

Up to £26000 per annum
37.5 hours a week
Office Based
Free Parking on site
6 month contract with the potential for further opportunities

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting the accounts team with administrative tasks
  • Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
  • Data entry and document management
  • Supporting with month-end tasks and reconciliations
  • Handling incoming queries via phone and email
  • General office duties as required


The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts team is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided
