Trainee Finance Administrator

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 DOE
Hours: 40 per week, Monday-Friday
Location: Runcorn
Working Pattern: Fully office-based

What You'll Be Doing
Full training will be provided. You will learn how to:

• Keep customer accounts accurate and fully updated
• Complete daily billing tasks, including raising invoices, allocating payments, and processing credit notes
• Monitor account balances, carry out reconciliations, and resolve any discrepancies
• Support the team with month-end routines and reporting deadlines
• Work closely with colleagues across the finance team to keep processes running smoothly

You don't need experience in finance to apply - just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You'll be a great fit if you:

• Are a school leaver, graduate, career changer, or someone with admin or customer service experience looking to move into finance
• Are studying AAT or considering starting it (not essential)
• Have good attention to detail and enjoy working with numbers
• Are organised and confident managing your time
• Are comfortable using Excel and open to learning new finance systems
• Are proactive, positive, and keen to develop professionally
