Salary: up to £27,000 Depending On Experience
Holidays: 24 days + Bank Holidays
Location: Wirral - Fully Office Based
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 5.00pm Friday 8.45m - 3.15pm

Main responsibilities to include:

• Responding to a high volume of emails and calls.
• Liaising with customers via telephone and email.
• Inputting and processing new customer warranty claim.
• Arranging customer collections and returns.
• Ordering spare parts for products under warranty.
• Operating Live Chat.
• Handling e-commerce order queries.
• Liaising with the warehouse team in relation to order queries.
• Processing e-commerce customer returns.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to upsell services or products to enhance customer experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft products, word, outlook.
• Understanding of Empathy.
• Must be able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
