Are you a proactive HR Advisor looking for a hands-on role where you can make an impact? Join a growing business in Chester on a 12-month FTC, supporting the HR function and working closely with the HR Manager.

As HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing practical and operational HR support across the business. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in a mix of employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations and HR policies
✔ Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
✔ Support the HR Manager in implementing HR initiatives and strategies
✔ Assist with performance management, absence management, and disciplinaries
✔ Maintain and update HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation
✔ Contribute to engagement and well-being initiatives

About You

✅ Previous experience in an HR Advisor role or similar
✅ Comfortable handling employee relations cases and providing HR advice
✅ Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ CIPD Level 3 or above
