The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with FCA regulatory requirements.

- Support the administration of Terms of Business (TOB) agreements
- Manage adviser and agency changes accurately and within agreed SLAs
- Maintain accurate client, adviser and scheme records
- Assist with complaints administration, investigations and tracking
- Monitor workflows, case queues and outstanding actions
- Ensure all activities are completed in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
- Support internal audits, quality assurance and compliance activities
- Investigate and resolve operational issues and exceptions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational projects
- Liaise with advisers, clients and third parties to obtain information and documentation
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working within Pensions Administration
- Strong understanding of SIPP and/or SSAS pensions
- Experience working within a regulated Financial Services environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience maintaining accurate records and audit trails
- Confident communicating with advisers, clients and internal stakeholders
Please Note
Candidates must have previous Pensions Administration experience with SIPP and/or SSAS exposure. Applications from candidates with only customer service, contact centre, banking, investment operations or general administration backgrounds will not be considered.
